Dr. Michael Douglas Jones is an international singing artist with 28 years of experience in creating and collaborating on new works for the stage. He maintains active performing and teaching careers and is Founder and Director of Companion Star Inc., a living laboratory for the creative process. He has a Doctor of Musical Arts from SUNY-Stoney Brook with a Masters in Music from Shepherd School of Music of Rice University in Houston, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina.
